Service Fulfillment

At Double X Digital, we are committed to providing high-quality digital marketing services to our clients. This policy outlines our approach to service delivery, refunds, and cancellations.

Service Delivery Timeline

  1. Upon signing a service agreement, clients will receive a detailed project timeline within 3 business days.
  2. Initial strategy sessions will be scheduled within 7 business days of contract signing.
  3. Regular progress updates will be provided according to the schedule outlined in your service agreement.
  4. Campaign launches and deliverables will be completed according to the agreed-upon timeline in your contract.

Refund Policy

Digital Marketing Services

  1. Strategy Development & Consulting Services:
    • Full refund available within 48 hours of initial strategy delivery if client is unsatisfied
    • 50% refund available if cancelled before implementation begins
    • No refund available once implementation of strategy has commenced
  2. Campaign Management & Ongoing Services:
    • Monthly services are billed in advance
    • No prorated refunds for partial months of service
    • If we fail to deliver on specified KPIs for two consecutive months, clients are eligible for a 50% refund of the most recent month’s payment
  3. One-time Projects (Website Development, Branding, etc.):
    • 75% refund if cancelled before work begins
    • 50% refund if cancelled during initial conceptual phase
    • 25% refund if cancelled during development phase
    • No refund once drafts or finals have been delivered

Cancellation Policy

  • For Monthly Services:
    • 30-day written notice required for cancellation
    • All work will continue through the paid period
    • Client will retain access to reports and analytics from their campaign period
  • For Project-Based Services:
    • Cancellation fees apply as outlined in the refund policy
    • Any completed work remains the property of Double X Digital until final payment
    • Upon full payment, clients receive all agreed-upon deliverables regardless of cancellation
  • Early Termination of Contracts:
    • Contracts with minimum terms (3-month, 6-month, 12-month) are subject to an early termination fee equal to 50% of the remaining contract value
    • Exceptions may be made in cases of provable service failure on our part

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding service delivery or refunds:

  1. Client must submit concerns in writing to jose@doublexdigital.com
  2. Double X Digital will respond within 3 business days
  3. If resolution cannot be reached, parties agree to seek mediation before pursuing legal action

Policy Modifications

Double X Digital reserves the right to modify this policy with 30 days notice to active clients. Any changes will not affect current contracts in force.
